Monday Hills

Comments:
Did the workout early with Paul again. Same hill workout as last week, I realized I did the bounding incorrectly last week, corrected it today. Felt good pretty much the whole time, I hadn't expected my legs to handle the hills this well with how hilly the course was this weekend. Only did 6 again because my mileage is still low, probably going to bump it up a little this week.

Lift, stretch, abs after, tried to ice bath but they were doing hydration testing for the wrestlers so I couldn't.
