Comments:
Tried an apple from the tree on Murray Hill on the warmup, pretty tasty. Felt aerobically strong today but blew out my left ankle on the sixth downhill. I was leaning forward more which was good but the extra pounding from going fast at the bottom demolished my ankle. Nothing I can't run through but I will have to tape for a little while.
Cut the workout after number 6, headed back to Veale. Got my ankle taped up and finished the last 3 reps on the treadmill. Again felt aerobically strong.
