Comments:
hills with the same group as last week, and pretty much the exact same workout as last week. ended up by myself probably a little sooner, but no big deal. i still ran hard up hill and let the downhills go well, but really took my rest. just how i have to do hills, otherwise it would end up all bad. lifting, abs, ice bath and eventually fish funeral. :(
