Hills today. Switching it up since many of us did a tempo Friday. We'll long tempo again on Wednesday which I'm pumped about.
Solid hill workout today though. Everyone seemed real strong in our group and the second group caught us for the last few which was cool. I felt like I really pushed the hills today. It's been getting faster and faster as the weeks go on. Really tried to work the long hill after we stopped bounding. Focused on my form today too. Really gotta keep thinking about that since I tend to loose my arms when I really work and get tired.
It was a solid workout though. Really focused on bounds today too. Kinda nostalgic today. That might have been the last meadow hill workout I ever do. Which would be sad.
