Weather: Kinda raining... but on;y sort of

Comments:
Same normal morning run with Drew. We pushed it to 9 today. Legit run. I felt better than I was expecting. Went shorter today too as I will probably have longer days later in the week. Solid run we talked lots of stuff.
Muddy strides, hurdles, static 2, hips, Spartan 4 x 20, roll, L7, swim, ice bath later.
