Comments:
wanted to go for an easy longer run after yesterdays hard run. Except for the hill at the end of the run and one little hill in the middle the run is all uphill on the way out and downhill on the way back. It was so nice just to relax on the downhill. Total elevation change of slightly over 500 feet.
