Comments:
Mile repeats at the farm. Felt really tight and tired from #1 and 2. Loosened up as we got going, and the finish of the workout was really good. Overall ok day. I'm glad I did not feel necessarily good...we need some tough days to push through particularly mentally when things are not going as we may have planned.
They were: 5:30, 5:29, 5:00, 5:16 (up hill #2), 4:57 (down hill #2), 5:05 (first mile #2). Average pace of 5:12 was good!
26:12 adding up the first 5. 25:47 adding up the last 5.
Given it was at the farm, good workout. We pushed through. And Kudos to David and ALin.
