Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
Same route for our classic house long run. LEft a little later today. Also no Ethan. Started out slow then picked it up on the way out. It was chilly out today, but still nice fall weather. Felt very comfortable with a hat and LS shirt. I wore an ankle thing for the first part since it was a little tender from yesterday, but the brace was very constricting on my foot so I took it off about 2 miles in. Felt fine the rest of the way actually. On the way back, legs got real tired and I didnt feel too good. Legs felt super heavy and calves were really sore. Urg. Also got a little tummy ache. Still overall a nice quite run in some cool fall weather.

Essentials: Stretch, roll, L7

light essentials. Ice ankle tonight after dinner and might do a leg hang. Calves still sore but should be loose tomorrow. I might tape ankle tomorrow just to be safe also. GTD though lol.
