Comments:
Another late-night run after the family are asleep. Put on a 164bpm podcast to speed up the workout - I think it had a positive effect. Felt good the whole way around. Second loop is now easier from a mental perspective. Still having to concentrate in the back half to ensure I don't inadvertantly drop off. Happy with it so far.
