Comments:
I told myself not to force anything today and was relaxed for the beginning of the run. This was a good day. I felt particularly good for most of this, but sort of struggled for the last couple miles. My legs were tired on the last hill and I had stomach cramps at the end, but I finished without falling apart, my ankle is fine, and I felt great most of the run.
