Comments:
Pretty solid today. My tempo was nearly half a minute faster than last week's, and my heart rate was pretty much the same, so I'm really starting to come back now I think. The only thing is that my knee started to bother me on the jog over to the track, so I unfortunately had to sit out from the striders. But, with an ice bath, and some good stretching, I'm feeling a bit better. Hopefully I can get some good mileage in tomorrow.
