Comments:
Kinda felt pretty crappy this morning. Like full on head cold. I was pretty out of it. Stayed that way until I walked up to the house around 3 to get my running stuff which I had forgotten. After that I felt better and I was able to get up to a sort of normal energy level.
Same tempo as last week. We spit into rows of 2 to hopefully control the pace. That worked out really well. It ended up being really smooth and relaxed. It was awesome. I could paint a beautiful picture of Ethan's back today. Best tempo this year and maybe the best ever.
Strides at the track felt decent. Relaxed for most of them.
No lift today. We're only lifting once this week and that'll be tomorrow.
