Kinda tired when I headed into bike. Got an awful lot of stuff today. The bike actually woke me up and put me in a better mood. Got into a good pace and rhythm. Sportscenter was blowing up about the MNF game last night and that was fun to watch. Everything felt ok on the bike

Essentials: stretch, L7, roll, hips, push-ups, ice

Had time before the pool opened so I stretched and did hips down there. Good stuff. Then I went down to swim. After swimming came back up and did push-ups and ice my Achilles. It is feeling little better still tight on the push off.
