Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
After work, nice PM run. Didn't have ANY water all day, so was a bit "tight". Focused again on the "opening" without extending and the tight pattern, but I noticed two things:
- crampy/tight in lower abs
- looked like I wasn't "opening" (in reflections)
I find the more fatigued I get, the more I slip into losing the opening, especially on the R side. Did a good job of keeping the stride mech going, but it's harder to run fast when I lose the opening.
Overall pretty uptempo (and a bit tiring run). Clicked 6:3x on the bark on the way back.
Good yoga session in PM, but still sweated a ton!
