Comments:
Had a hard time getting going today, first mile or so was pretty rough and I was towards the back. I like Loyo's course even though its hard but once we got back by the track and second "lower" loop I started pushing and got into a rhythm. Picked off some people and let these two spalding kids stay in front of me untilt he very top fo the hill when I closed about a 40 meter gap and destroyed them but the one (same one form last week) came back and got me in literally the last few strides of the race, just couldnt hang on haha oh well though, felt good to kick like that.
