Comments:
Speed work on the track tonight, 1600, 1200, 800, 400 with 400m rest jog in between. Goal pace was about 6:30, felt good throughout. Splits: 6:22 (2:01), 4:47 (2:04), 3:09 (1:55), 1:35 (1:54) - I was really sore coming into this run, but it didn't bother me while I was running. Happy with the workout, the taper continues.
