Weather: ~65 degrees, Nice

Comments:
Longer, but more gradual hills today. Felt ok aerobically, but what I've referred to as the 33rd minute runs started kicking in after about 10, so I felt rather drained of energy. But, I was able to tough it out, and did the full 30 minutes on pace with everyone else. Afterwards came abs/stretch and a successful ice bath where I avoided sucking at entering/leaving.
