Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Had a luxurious 2hr lunch so I ran long - to Rexius for a tempo.
Since I over-did the arch on Sunday...I under-did it today. Fuck. Started off OK, then by mile two I started feeling tight and crampy in both abs (R worse than L). Almost had to stop it was so bad. As such I slowed down:
5:44, 5:52, 5:53, 2:53.
The SI belt probably didn't help, but I was just plain tensing my abs and keeping the pelvic in lock-down. Damn it.
Bright side: I did keep the stride fairly compact
Afternoon: R SI sore...from the lock down.
