Took it easy again and i was still wore out at the end of the run. My time was just a touch better than yesty but still 8 or 9 min off of what im use to doing out there a month ago. Atleast im starting out early on the program. Im about 1 mim to 1:15 per mile off pace right now for 10k training speed and hoping to see some improvment in the next few weeks
