Comments:
Got the heart rate and breathing rates up today. Pushed the recoveries. Did random speeds with the times mixed up. Would do 2 minutes on 3 min off 3 min on 2 1/2 min off 30 sec on 1 min off and I would mix up the intervals and paces.
