Forest Hills

Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
Digested and then hit up the locker room as Gabe was getting ready to go out on a run. We mixed it up and went to Forest hills, which is probs unfamiliar to most of the freshman. Nice weather on the way out, got a little rain when we were there, but it was real crisp the way back. Felt pretty good the whole time. Pace was relaxed I guess no one was pushing it. When we got back, I added on with a bunch of peeps out to MLK via Ambleside just to add on a mile. I did wait a little for them to get thier shit together, but whatevs... WHen I got back on my own, did striders in the muddy Van Horn, real tough to get the wheels moving.

Essentials: stretch, L7, roll, hammies, pushups

Went right down to swim first, then stretched up top. Pushups felt real weak today, kinda embarrassed actually. All the essentials were real decent and quality. Felt way better than monday today again.
