Continuing to train with the MUN team... I purposfully didn't wear a watch for this one so all time are estimated.

This workout was done at the Cabot College Park accross the road from Confederation Bldg which meant it was all done in single file. The first few intervals were probably a little slow but that's okay because I don't feel I was warmed up properly. Overall, this was an alright workout. It's the most work I've done in a pair of spikes for as long as I can remember.

But afterward I was fairly tired and was nodding off before 11. Perhaps I'm operating in a negative calorie zone. Or perhaps my body is telling me it's time to wrap this season up. The fact that there's only a week and a half left is helping me get through it.
