Comments:
Checked to see if we had a walk in Lochhaven - Nope so early start at the gym. Two sets of 1 hour. - Set one 5 walk 10 run, 2nd set walk 5 run 15. -Limited on both to 1 hr -despote time left on treadmill. Pit stop between sets. Profuse sweating on first set seems to have removed the light fever and headache this morning. # 169.
