Np premeet

Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
Solo run in the afternoon for a nice pre meet. The weather was pretty beautiful today. Nice and cool and breezy. Ran up around first lake then along Chestnut hills (kinda like last week) and down the ninja stairs. When I got back, finished with striders on the field. The striders were spot on, felt so focused and strong. Real cool. Didnt think about much kinda just ran along. Legs felt a little heavy today, might have been from the pizza I ate at TA Training... Still legs felt ok.

Essentials: Stretch, L7, roll, abs

They were taking down the Alumni stuff and setting up for B.O.B. so we had to stretch in a corner. Got a good one in though. No ice bath or what not, but I am probs gonna do a leg hang tonight. Abs felt strong too. Got that pasta party tonight, then off to the All-Ohio, the state championships! I really like that course and want to have fun tomorrow. A fun time equals a good race, and I know what I got to do and why I want to do it.
