Comments:
For some Gene wanted three hard long intervals out of us today even though we just had a really solid speed workout yesterday, whatever. I knew I was just going to run 5k pace for all of them and I felt fine. First mile just chilled with Kyle in the back and ran 6:10, then did a 1200 which I ran a little bit bit harder but still not terribly taxing in 4:16 and then the 800 I went harder than the 1200 but once again not too hard as to where I couldn't kick or anything like that. So in reality I feel like I gave myself a better workout like this than just trying to go 100% for each one because I just steadily faster like I normally do in the races. 6:10 pace, 5:45 pace, 4:56 pace.
