First ran 4 by myself, then ran about another 8 with Joe. Then did 5 striders on the field. Up to Shaker HS with Joe, did Larchmere by myself.

Essentials before, gluteals, 300 abs, 50 push-ups.

Stretch, swim, ice bath.
