Exercise Type: Bike
Comments:
Good earlyish bike in the cardio room. Felt good the whole time, but got soo bored near the end. Sportcenter was showing all the teams that clinched playoff spots. It is pretty cool, to see teams that sucked a few years ago to be the top teams now, like the Nationals and the Athletics. Some food for thought. Sweat a ton also which was pretty gross. Thats the name of the game though.
Did some striders on Van Horn with Chris and Drew
Essentials: Stretch, L7, roll, shins&calves, abs
Good stretch out with Drew and Chris. Legs feeling less sore than yesterday which is good. Ice bath still out of comish though. Went swimming after stretching and abs.
