Today I felt horrible. Truly horrible. I just went out for a head-spinning sick run. My breathing truthfully wasn't half bad, but my heart rate was through the roof and I felt dizzy. At the turn-around point I actually stopped for a minute or so and waited for my heart rate to go down.

On the plus side, my hip didn't hurt.
