My first Hardesty Wednesday since June! I was really depleted going in: forgot my food, didn't drink or bring any water before, and I was really tired. Kept it easy on the up and down. Decided to only go 3/5ths up - because of fatigue AND that there was a lot of fire smoke. Had to park on the road because the lot is being worked on.
Felt relaxing to be up there - not too tough. Lots of ab soreness on the way down - but symmetrical. Still from the yoga...
