1M warm-up, cool-down(BF).
2M tempo @ 6min/mile (6:01, 5:59). 2 min recovery.
1M tempo -15sec @ 5:45 (5:43). 3 min (400m jog) recovery.
3x1000m @ I-pace-3:20 (3:19, 3:19, 3:14) with 2 min (400m jog) recovery.
1x400m @ R-pace (71) (felt crazy easy).

Overall, a great workout that wasn't nearly as hard as I had expected. With Adam and Mike, adam looked really good and hung on the whole way through the first 1000 (planned to cut workout short).
