Weather: RDF and wind but other than that, it was pleasant
Comments:
stick work and glute activation
20' warm up
drills and strides
6' at tempo, 5' break, then 3', 2', 1'/2',1' and then 4 X long strides
15' cool down
All this was done on the trails in BP. I met a woman from Nautilus named JH on my first break. Felt just fine.
