Comments:
Since I didn't run as far as I would have like this AM, I decided to do some more cardio this afternoon. I jumped on the stationary bike for 30 minutes. Total of 8.3 miles on that. Not bad. When I got off, I noticed my legs were more tired then I thought. I am thinking an anaerobic work out tomorrow with core thrown in there as well.
