Comments:
probably should've run yesterday, but didn't have time in between SATs and homecoming stuff. I did do 4 barefoot strides to wake myself up before the SAT. :)
weather was super nice. run felt good. a lot less sore than I was Friday. Maybe the day off did me some good.
ended with 4 strides.
