Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Hiked out at 0910, left my stuff at the TH, and ran back up the trail, then ran along the T-intersection. HOLY SHIT was I tired. The uphill (maybe 300' climb?) over a half-mile was an awful way to start. The arms of the T (half mile out and back each - making sure I'd see the guys if they emerged) were gentle rolling and not too bad.
Felt like the end of a long ultra - bonk city, but OK.
Pretty intense weekend.
