Comments:
AWESOME workout with six guys: me, LB, T-bag, Cliff, Dan-O and Dr Wo.
The workout was 5x300 + 100jr + 400 rest...x2 sets. LB led off with 55-mid. I did a very leisurely 56...and that was the slowest one. Every one after: 54-55, then the second set ended with 54-53-51! SUPER-SMOOTH with controlled breathing until the last 300m.
So cool to do a workout with a big group like that: had to lead only two reps and otherwise settled in, able to relax and focus on my mechanics.
Stride felt great - no LBP, no ab tightness!
