Exercise Type: Bike

It was super cold out today again. GOt to get used to this weather. Also didnt know the workout today until right before practice. Didnt matter too much since I was on the bike. I got STIM beforehand on my back. Gonna get that everyday from now on for the next few weeks. Then I chilled for a little and heated before practice. Everyone went out to the meadow to do hills, I went and did a workout Barnes made up like right before leaving. Did 10 min warmup, 5 hard, 3 rest, 5 hard, 2 rest, 5 hard, 2 rest, 1 hard, 1 rest, 1 hard, 10 cooldown. THe hard sections were hard again, like this weekend. Felt strong actually for a bike workout. Cohara was there too biking next to me. Didnt get HR up a whole ton, but legs were burning. Had some cool thoughts at the end of the bike, but I a keeping those to myself.

Essentials: Stretch, L7, roll, hammies, abs

Went up to stretch before most people got back. Paul Z started lifting but I didnt think that was a great idea so I just stretched and did my other essentials. Legs feel good, back was kinda sore stretching. Did a few back stretches. Also went down to swim and ice bath today. We couldnt ice bath in the training room, so I had to get in the one in the pool. THought I would knock out the swim today, didnt have my goggles doe. I got to STEM tomorrow so might cut it short. Ice bath felt pretty nice though. See where the rest of the week takes me, but have the attitude to never give up and give it your all.
