Exercise Type: Bike

Classic bike in the cardio room. I STEMed before which felt really good lol. Bike was good actually. It was boring at the end but I just watched sport center the whole time. Forgot my iPod too, but fuck that. Legs felt good and back wasn't too sore.
Essentials: stretch, L7 roll hips abs ice
Did essentials with drew and Chris in the locker room since stuff was locked up. Felt good got to stretch my back out a bit. Kinda chilled around cause I was waiting for Abdullah to go talk to coach, but he never showed up. Still got to talk to her and decided to run varsity at Oberlin. Back still feeling a little sore but I got to go for this and figh thought the pain. It is time. Ice at the end felt good. Still feeling sick thou urgh.
