Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Ran a workout at Alumni. First was a 5k going out hard. Ran 5:08 for the first mile. Came through the whole thing in 16:30. Felt pretty good. Like I could have continued. Then took 10 min rest and did 2x2mile. That was good. Splits like 5:08, 5:04. Definitely a confidence boost today.
Also ran 4 miles later.
