Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Got STEM in the morning again. Fairly tired when I woke up, but I napped when getting STEM. Felt kinda sore after, but I lounged for like 15 minutes then headed out alone. Put on another patch and it felt really nice. Back was ok running today. Went up to Forest Hills and did a little loop around the park. Didnt go across the bridge but went out a little longer than the regular loop. Legs actually felt great and the weather was crisp and pretty.
Did some striders, first one with Drew when I got back. Felt locked in on those ones. In da zone.
Essentials: Stretch, roll, L7, hips, ice bath
Good relaxing and helpful stretch with Drew. Did some back stuff too. After swimming, went right down to the training room and jumped in the ice bath with Phil. Felt good. See how much time I have tomorrow to fit in a premeet.
