i feel like i've lost a lot aerobically in the last month and a half. my legs feel okay, but aerobically i just don't feel nearly as comfortable. it's not an asthma it's just that i don't have the aerobic capacity i did indoors. my body adapts very well, and i'm very rarely hurt, so i'm planning on putting in a whole lot of mileage this summer to fix that problem. next week i'll probably do a few doubles even though i won't be over 55 or so probably. I just want to get my body used to it once i start doing more and more.
