Windyest day ever

Comments:
It was really windy. We did the same workout as last week. I felt very smooth today. We kinda just threw out the watch when we got to the lake and it was impossible to run in a straight line. That was probly good becasue I was able to focus on just relaxing. Phil had an awesome day too.
