Blacked out for a night run with Ethan. Nice easy run. Talked a lot of differnt stuff. It was over quick. Pretty chill. My legs felt crappy but slightly better than I felt after getting back. Felling the lack of intervals I think. Just didn't have it today i think. Kinda sucked but we definitly have room to improve.
