Well my legs were sore from the weekend. Still worried about my guys leg speed. Fastest guy ran a high 12 minute 2 mile. He runs a faster 2 mile split during his races. Noticed a lot of my guys sandbaggin but never really pushed themselves until I called them out. For me it was just another chance to run some milage under 7 minute pace. Kinda like a fartlek running from one guy to the next. OH my warm up mile was faster than any of the miles ran today, sad.
