All top 10ers are upstairs lifting now. Did it when we got back from our cooldown. Plyos are tough man. I was tired after this. Felt like my legs couldnt push anything.
3 sets, 20 reps of each (except for burpees...):
cross leg raises
power pushups
rocket jumps
bench dips
burpees
