Good bike in the cardio room. Legs still tired from yesterday kinda. I had to stop in the middle to take a pee break. ESPN didnt really have much to say today, so SportsCenter was pretty boring.
After, went outside to do some striders
Essentials: Stretch, roll, L7, hammies, abs
Decent stretching afterwards. Didnt have time to ice today. Had a very busy day and I am kinda stressed out from it. Got to take it steps at a time actually handling it pretty well. Its gonna be aight.
