Today I did a two part work out. First was interval training on the dreadmill. I jogged at 5.5-6mph and ran at 7mph and up to 8mph on my last minute. I need to do more interval training because it always seems to kick my butt. I did a 5K of interval training in 30minutes. Felt tired but needed to do more. See part 2.
