So after my interval training that always kicks my butt (mental note: do more intervals) I jumped on the bike for 30 minutes. I tried doing intervals on that, but I was a bit too tired. I did however throw on the "Random" setting on the bike and it gave me a bit of a challenge. My legs were heavy and achy after that work out. Still felt good after wards though. I really wish there was a real track around here. All and all a good work out.
