I decided that this week I'm going to finally make my move up in mileage, so I started off by extending my Monday run exchanging the worst section of Hammersley for Raymond instead. The route was enjoyable by all means, though I'm starting to question keeping running this route alone in the dark. The section of Prarie I ran down was pretty questionable in particular. I may need to change my patterns some.
I applied my Icy Hot to my groin/hip flexor area a little too indiscriminately and managed to get a bit on some other body parts that... don't respond well to having Icy Hot on them... so the first couple miles were interesting for lack of a better word. Anyway it turned out to be a decent run overall, though my stomach was bothering me.
