Ran the 'ol recovery glen route today. Legs felt great - I don't know if I'm going to have a shot to PR tomorrow or not, not that I don't think it's possible, more that I don't know what to expect given that I haven't done much serious speed work lately. At any rate, gonna give it a shot, hopefully break 19:00.
