Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Ran a progression long run with most of the people that are here on fall break. Pretty good run. Ran with Ethan till the final pick up. He was doing a fartlek so I was on my own with that. Felt really strong out there on that portion. I don't know though really cuz I was running alone and not timing it. Felt awesome though. Rolled out pretty good too as my quads were still pretty sore.
